What is it
Strength & Condition can be run alongside your rehabilitation from injury or as a stand alone programme to look to enhance your performance in life or sport.
In a stand alone setting we will work through a needs analysis to identify the demands of life or sport, then combining this with functional testing a tailored programme will be designed to improve the deficit areas and to fit within the parameters of your life. Not many people can train everyday and have unlimited time so it is key to make the plan attainable and with clear goals to see a real improvement in your performance.
The most important thing is that if you are an athlete this gets you to peak for those important competitions, or if you aren’t an athlete we want to see consistent improvement in any areas we have highlighted!
Strength and conditioning is the perfect follow on from rehabilitation. Rehabilitation and Strength and conditioning can be combined to generate a programme that aims to rehab the injured area whilst also seeking to develop strength and make gains in other deficit areas.
